Micropulse Wegmess-Systeme im Profilgehäuse sind berührungslos und absolut messende Systeme zur präzisen Erfassung einer oder mehrerer Messwege. Die Wegmess-Systeme zeichnen sich durch den robusten Aufbau mit hoher Schutzart, die einfache Montage und das verschleißfreie Messprinzip im Verbund mit hoher Genauigkeit aus. Ein großer Vorteil ist die preisgünstige Ein-Steckerlösung. Sie schneidet im Vergleich mit teuren Drei-Steckerausführungen bei den Systemkosten, wie Material und Installation, sehr gut ab.
Bis vier Achsen auf einem Wegmesssystem
Die Messpositionen werden ohne Energiezufuhr durch bis zu vier passive Positionsgeber auf der Messstrecke mit Messbereichen von 50 bis 4000 mm berührungslos “markiert“. Der besondere Clou daran: Systembedingt lassen sich so mit einem einzigen Wegaufnehmer bis zu vier unterschiedliche Wege gleichzeitig erfassen. Die Wegmess-Systeme tolerieren einen seitlichen Versatz ebenso wie einen Höhenversatz von bis zu 15 mm.

Precision measurement of the travel path of primary and secondary axes
Micropulse displacement systems enclosed in a profiled housing are non-contact, absolute measuring systems used for the precision measurement of one or more distances. The displacement systems are characterized by a stable structure, high degree of protection, simple installation and wear-free measuring principle combined with a high degree of precision. One significant advantage is an economical single plug solution, which in terms of system costs incurred for materials and installation, scores well compared to expensive three plug models.
Up to four axes with one displacement system
A maximum of four passive encoders with no power supply "mark" the measuring positions along the waveguide with measuring ranges of 50 to 4000 mm without making contact. The main benefit: up to four different paths can be measured at the same time using a single transducer, depending on the system. The displacement systems tolerate a lateral offset as well as a height offset of up to 15 mm.
